Why I Do This Work
For two years, I was the primary caregiver for my husband during his battle with cancer.
While I had support from family and an incredible hospice team, caregiving was still one of the most overwhelming and isolating experiences of my life.
I know what it feels like to put everyone else’s needs ahead of your own. I know the exhaustion, uncertainty, and emotional weight that caregivers and overwhelmed women carry every day.
Today, I combine my experience as a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and former caregiver to help women create sustainable habits, reduce stress, and care for themselves while caring for others.
